Shipping Costs
Clecky offers free Standard Shipping on eligible orders. For Standard Shipping, all shipping costs are covered by the seller and no additional fees are charged at checkout.
Expedited Shipping is available for customers who require faster delivery. Expedited shipping fees are not included in free shipping and must be paid by the buyer.
Expedited shipping costs depend on the destination, package size, and carrier availability. Exact fees will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed before order processing.
Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, as these costs are paid directly to the courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active.
Address Changes & Responsibility
Due to fast order processing, the following address change policy applies:
- Within 2 Days of Order Placement: Address changes can be requested free of charge within 2 calendar days.
- After 2 Days: Address changes are not guaranteed. If the shipment has already been handed to the carrier, any rerouting or correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If such fees are not paid and the parcel is returned, related costs may be deducted from the refund.
Expedited Shipping Options
If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options via DHL or UPS Express are available, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues & Shipping Protection
- Damage During Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund as appropriate.
- Lost or Misdelivered Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, a carrier investigation must be requested within 7 days. Once confirmed as lost by the carrier (excluding theft after delivery), we will reship your order at no extra cost.
- Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may choose to have it re-shipped at your expense or receive a refund.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For US Customers:
For Standard Shipping, import duties and customs-related charges are generally covered by Clecky, so no action is required on your part.
If Expedited Shipping is selected, U.S. Customs may impose additional duties or import fees. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
For International Customers:
For Standard Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries, import duties and VAT are typically covered by Clecky.
When expedited shipping methods are used, additional duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by customs authorities may apply and will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Exclusions
We currently do not ship to all African or South American countries, or to certain regions such as Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and some island territories.

In these situations, Clecky will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a free replacement or a full refund.

- Ordered the wrong item or quantity ordered
- No longer needing the product
In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items Eligible for Return or Refund
