SECTION 20 – CUSTOMS CHARGES
For US Customers:
For Standard Shipping, All applicable Sales Taxes are included in the final product price. No additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery for Standard Shipping.
If Expedited Shipping is selected, U.S. Customs may impose additional duties or import fees. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
For International Customers:
For Standard Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and European Union countries, import duties and VAT are covered by Clecky.
When expedited shipping methods are used, additional duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by customs authorities may apply and will be the buyer’s responsibility.
SECTION 21 – PROMOTIONS
Only one valid coupon code may be applied per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined and may not apply to items already on promotion. From time to time, we may offer promotions that include a complimentary gift subject to minimum order value, availability, and promotional terms.

Despite our best efforts, pricing or product information may occasionally be displayed incorrectly due to technical or human error. SECTION 24 – VOLTAGE & PLUG STANDARDS
Clecky is committed to delivering a safe and reliable customer experience. Our lighting fixtures are supplied according to the voltage standards of the destination country. For example, fixtures shipped to North America are configured for 110–120V systems, while orders delivered to European Union countries and other applicable regions are supplied with 220–240V compatible fixtures.
In certain cases, an EU-standard plug may be included due to manufacturing or logistical considerations. When this occurs, a suitable plug adapter will be provided at no additional cost where applicable.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable law.
