Clecky delivers to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East / Russia, and most European countries. Total delivery time consists of order processing time plus transit time.

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch):
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Australia: 9–13 business days
- Middle East / Russia: 9–13 business days
Additional shipping fees may apply to remote or special regions (such as Iceland). Any applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Limitations
- We currently do not ship to Ukraine.
- We do not ship to all African countries, all South American countries, or certain regions including Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and select island territories.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available.
You may track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website or via a third-party tracking service such as 17TRACK.
Note: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses. In such cases, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each package.

Returns & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need support.
2. Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
In these cases, Clecky will cover return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by law:
- Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order products
- Light bulbs or consumable accessories
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

1. Dimmable Function
Dimmability varies by product. Please check the product specifications on the product page for accurate details. For confirmation or customization requests, contact us before placing your order.
2. Cable Length
Standard cable length is approximately 100–150 cm. Extended cable lengths (up to 800 cm) are available upon request at no additional charge. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance.
3. Voltage Standards
All lamps are supplied according to the voltage standards of the destination country:
- 110V–120V: United States, Canada, Mexico, and related regions
- 220V–240V: United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and most other regions
