Delivery Regions

Clecky ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East / Russia, and most European countries.

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special locations (such as Iceland). Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

At this time, we do not ship to Ukraine. We appreciate your understanding.

Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be dispatched from the United States, Europe, or Asia.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local carrier delays.

• Order Processing: Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after placement. Some customized or made-to-order lighting products may require additional production time. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Shipping Methods: Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible orders. Depending on the destination, we ship via DHL, DPD, FedEx, or reliable local carriers.
• Split Shipments: For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately from different warehouses to reduce delivery time. Separate tracking numbers will be provided if applicable.

Shipping Costs

Clecky offers free Standard Shipping on eligible orders. For Standard Shipping, all shipping costs are covered by the seller and no additional fees are charged at checkout.

Expedited Shipping is available for customers who require faster delivery. Expedited shipping fees are not included in free shipping and must be paid by the buyer.

Expedited shipping costs depend on the destination, package size, and carrier availability. Exact fees will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed before order processing.

Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, as these costs are paid directly to the courier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active.

Address Changes & Responsibility

Due to fast order processing, the following address change policy applies:

• Within 2 Days of Order Placement: Address changes can be requested free of charge within 2 calendar days.
• After 2 Days: Address changes are not guaranteed. If the shipment has already been handed to the carrier, any rerouting or correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If such fees are not paid and the parcel is returned, related costs may be deducted from the refund.

Expedited Shipping Options

If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options via DHL or UPS Express are available, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues & Shipping Protection

• Damage During Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund as appropriate.
• Lost or Misdelivered Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, a carrier investigation must be requested within 7 days. Once confirmed as lost by the carrier (excluding theft after delivery), we will reship your order at no extra cost.
• Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may choose to have it re-shipped at your expense or receive a refund.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For US Customers:
For Standard Shipping, import duties and customs-related charges are generally covered by Clecky, so no action is required on your part.

If Expedited Shipping is selected, U.S. Customs may impose additional duties or import fees. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

For International Customers:
For Standard Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries, import duties and VAT are typically covered by Clecky.

When expedited shipping methods are used, additional duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by customs authorities may apply and will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Exclusions

We currently do not ship to all African or South American countries, or to certain regions such as Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and some island territories.

These exclusions are due to carrier restrictions, logistical limitations, or local import regulations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us for confirmation.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Remain in its original condition and packaging
• Include valid proof of purchase

Return Reasons & Shipping Responsibility

Returns generally fall into the following categories:

1. Product Issues or Shipping Damage

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage caused during transit
• Incorrect item received

In these situations, Clecky will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a free replacement or a full refund.

2. Personal Preference / Change of Mind

Returns requested for personal reasons may include:

• The item does not meet personal expectations
• Color or size preference
• Ordered the wrong item or quantity ordered
• No longer needing the product

In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or errors, contact us promptly so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Items Eligible for Return or Refund

You may qualify for a return, refund, or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The item is unused and meets the 30-day return conditions
• The shipment is returned to us as undeliverable
• The order is not delivered within 30 days

In these cases, we will cover all associated costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Except where required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order products
• Light bulbs or consumable accessories
• Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use

For non-returnable items, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Exchanges

For faster processing, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will not include any expedited shipping fees, where applicable.
